Permission for the development which consists of a medium retrofit of the existing building at the ATU Galway City Campus, Wellpark Road, Galway which is a protected structure ( Ref number: 10602 ) including the following works, a new 88sqm plant room and plant enclosure area, alterations to the building envelope including a door and window upgrade , installation of external insulation, installation of internal insulation, roof repairs and a new Photovoltaic Installation/ Sustainable Transport Shelter. This work is part of the Energy Efficiency and Decarbonisation Pathfinder Programme.. 2021.
