Permission for change of use of the existing upper first floor level from hospitality function room space (568sqm) to associated guesthouse bedroom accommodation at Village Inn for the provision of a total of 19 bedrooms (3 twin double beds, 2 twin single beds, 5 triple beds, 3 double beds, and 6 single bedrooms) including 19 bathrooms to be included in the renovations. There are associated changes to external elevations together with other associated works also proposed.
