PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Permission for development on the ground floor of Cannon House (a modern multi-storey building). Clancy Quay, located within the curtilage of the protected structures referred to within the former Clancy Barracks off the South Circular Road, Islandbridge, Dublin 8. The development will consist of the part change of use of the existing ground floor retail unit for the preparation and consumption of hot and cold foods and drinks on (part restaurant use) and off the premises, the use of parts of immediate external areas to the west and south of the existing unit for customer seating and tables to facilitate such consumption and the installation of non-illuminated signage including vinly images to the existing glazing.
