Permission for development which will consist of proposed amendments to PL refs 21/146 & 20/248, 10 No. one-bedroom apartments in a three storey building. The proposed amendments include a) increase in building footprint and revised elevations due to thicker external walls, b) stairwell & lift shaft height increased to accommodate services, c) water tank, heat pumps and guard rail to roof, d) revised fenestration to side elevations.
