(1) the alteration of the first-floor area to incorporate an additional bedroom (2) the alteration of roof levels of the storey and a half and single storey sections of the house and all associated site works. Permission is also sought for a larger septic tank and an additional length of percolation pipework to accommodate the additional bedroom. This is a change from that previously granted planning permission under planning no. 19/601313.
