for proposed development consisting of the following: (i) The demolition of an existing fuel gantry roofed structure, canopy, stairs & island, overhead pipes supporting gantry and 4 no. existing fuel dispensers, (ii) Revisions to the internal site layout to include new vehicular movement arrangements, (iii) Construction of new forecourt fuel area to include relocation of 4 no. existing fuel dispensers, a new jet car wash, a new air/water services area with 2 no. car parking spaces, 3 no. staff car parking spaces and a new 4-arm single sided bottom loading fuel gantry, (iv) Addition of 1 no. new lighting pole at proposed car wash and relocation of 2 no. existing light poles to the west of the existing office building, (v) All other associated underground and overground infrastructure, drainage, lighting, landscaping and site development works
