Permission for development which will consist of 1) change of use from retail to cultural centre incorporating a café/bar/food (limited to the preparation of low-risk charcuterie, cheese platters, and aperitif style dishes) and performance space/theatre area on ground floor 2) Change of use of office to recording studio/editing suite on first floor and all associated site works.
