for the following works on an existing unauthorized residential development: the construction of a single storey log cabin design residential dwelling, site entrance, bored well, pump house and all other associated unauthorized site works. Full planning permission is being sought for a ground floor extension to the existing log cabin design dwelling, the construction of a detached domestic garage/store, the installation of an effluent treatment system replacing the existing unauthorised on-site system, the formation of a splayed site entrance and works to achieve required sight line from such, completion of the external finish to the pump house and all other associated site works. Temporary planning permission is also being sought to retain the existing mobile home and storage area presently attached to the existing log cabin design dwelling for a timeframe pending the final completion of the construction works of the proposed extension to the existing log cabin design dwelling (maximum of five years from the date of possible grants of permission for unauthorized and proposed works)
