The development will consist of (a) the removal of the existing glazed double doors and glazed panels on the west elevation; (b) the installation of new single glazed, powder coated aluminium window to match existing on the west elevation; (c) the installation of new dwarf wall with stone cladding and cill detail to match existing; (d) the removal of the existing signage to the north elevation and west elevation; (e) the installation of a signage zone to both north and west elevation with individually mounted signage with halo backlight illumination, (f) all associated site works.The building is located in an Architectural Conservation Area under the Dublin City Council's Development Plan .
