A) the demolition of the existing single storey annex to the north of the existing house, B) The construction of a new single storey extension and garage to the north of existing house, C) the extensive remodelling of the existing house to include a new roof structure, alterations to chimney locations, removal of existing bay window and alterations to window ad door positions on all elevations and, D) The provision of a new waste water treatment facility and percolation area to the front of the house and all other associated works including terraces and landscaping work, E) The provision of a new vehicular entrance accessed from the public road. F) Construction of a new driveway within the site boundary
