Permission for development at Protected Structure LHS017-031, consisting of alterations to the previously approved development - Ref. No. 22337, which was for (1) the change of use from a monastery to a boutique hotel and restaurant, (2) internal alterations and restoration of the existing building, (3) erection of a part 2, part 1.5 storey extension to the side and rear, (4) creation of a glazed courtyard between the house and outbuilding, (5) formation of a new car park and adjustment of site boundaries to allow for vehicular circulation and (6) all associated site works, including connections to public foul drainage system. The alterations relate to the building only and affect the plan layout at ground and first floor levels and elevations to the rear and sides of the building.
