Retention permission is sought for (1) an additional 275m2 of floor area to the already approved 2,300m2 manufacturing & engineering industrial unit now totalling 2,575m2 with minor alterations and revisions to the elevations and (2) minor alterations and revisions to the elevations, floor plan and internal layout of the connecting office building providing an additional 200m2 of office floor area to the original 2nd floor approved storage area with an additional 60m2 fire escape stairwell to the already approved 440m2 office building, now totalling 700m2. All associated site development works including storage yard, car parking, signage, and connection to the existing services and the same as approved under PRR 20/632
