Retention permission for alterations to the previously approved application (planning reference 19/146 & 20/283) to include: Retention permission for a single storey, free standing, office accommodation block constructed to the east of the former train station which is used ancillary to the main building. The former train station is listed as a protected structure of local importance in the Development Plan (Reg. Ref. Local 15) Retention permission is also sought for the alterations to the building façade to include the removal of the non-original entrance porch and alterations to the entrance steps to include the addition of a glass balustrade.
