Extension of Duration of Planning Ref. No. 12/251 - The development consists of: (A) Erection of bungalow, garage for domestic use and the installation of Septech 2000 wastewater treatment system & percolation area; (B) Removal of existing septic tank and the installation of Septech 2000 wastewater treatment system & percolation area to serve the existing adjoining house; (C) Alter the existing entrance to the adjoining house, to form a combined double recessed entrance to serve the existing and proposed houses; (D) Permanently close up the existing field entrance and all associated site works
