Retention permission for 1. existing dormer dwelling house as laid out and constructed with alterations from that as granted under reg. ref. 12170; 2. existing single storey attached plant room outbuilding as laid out and constructed. Permission is sought for 1. construction of dormer type double garage with single storey annex extension linked to side elevation of existing dwelling house; 2. construction of new hobby shop outbuilding for domestic use ancillary to dwelling house and 3. all associated site works.SPLIT DECISION 1. To GRANT Retention Permission for works to the dwelling as built from that granted under 12/170 subject to the 3 conditions. 2. To REFUSE Permission for the proposed sun lounge and garage extension to the existing dwelling and the proposed construction of a detached hobby shop outbuilding for domestic use and all associated site works.
