Permission for development (for a temporary period of up to 5 years) at Gracy’s Restaurant, The Farmyard (a Protected Structure), Westport Estate, Westport, Co. Mayo, consisting of an extension to the existing restaurant kitchen (within the Farmyard Courtyard). The proposed development comprises: 1) The installation / provision of single storey kitchen extension prefabricated structure measuring c. 42 sqm; 2) The provision of a corridor link / connection to existing Gracy’s kitchen / ancillary area measuring c. 8 sqm; 3) The provision of associated service area / bin store with screen enclosure to footprint within Farmyard Courtyard; 4) Water supply, drainage and electrical / utilities connections to existing networks, and all associated and ancillary works; and, 5) Removal of structure on expiry of permission and reinstatement of area to pre-existing condition.
