Planning permission is also required for the following- (1) Proposed recycling area for the purpose of recycling construction and demolition material together with the construction of an on-site sediment pond. (2) Enlargement of site boundaries associated with 20/138. (3) Infilling of sediment pond on completion of recycling works using inert soil and stones.
