Planning permission is required for the following works to our existing dwelling house, comprising the conversion of part of the existing first floor attic space to 2 no. new bedrooms with associated bathroom areas and new open plan living area, with new window and new balustrading to balcony area to front / North elevation, with new Velux windows to the associated bathroom areas to the South and West elevations, together with all associated drainage connections and all ancillary and associated site works.
