the proposed development will consist of alterations to the Kilfenora wastewater treatment plant and percolation area development approved by An Bord Pleanala under reference ABP-305756-19, and consists of: 1. A new surface water drainage network to include infiltration/ detention systems, storm water drains, pipework, swale channel and all associated supporting infrastructure, 2. Modifications to the internal site access roads to include widening/reconfiguration in focused areas, and; 3. All ancillary site development and excavation works above and below ground necessary to facilitate the development. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application
