Permissin for the change of use of premises from doctors surgery to provide 'day services' oppurtunities for learning and development, community inclusion and social care provision to service users presenting with intellectual disability/autistic spectrum disorder, together with all ancillary development to provide 4 no. multi-purpose/sensor rooms, 2 no. disabled toilets, staff room and office as well as stores. Access is to be taken from the existing access point on Scarlet St. Utilities and services are already on site and no external alterations are proposed
