Permission for the construction of 98 no. residential units and a creche facility on a site of 4.33 hectares. The proposed residential units comprise the following types: (a) 16 no. 1 bed apartments arranged in 8 individual end of terrace duplex units each having a single apartment at ground floor level and at first floor level (b) 32 no. 2 bed 2 storey houses, (c) 35 no. 3 bed 2storey houses, (d) 15 no. 4 bed end/mid terrace 3 storey houses.
