Permission for modifications to the ground floor layout and shop facade and will include for: (a) single storey extension to front of the existing store to provide a DRS facility to allow customers to return plastic beverage bottles to a reverse vending machine in store; (b) the removal of the existing entrance/exit pod; (c) the removal of the existing trolley bay; (d) proposed free-standing trolley bay; (e) proposed alteration work to store elevation; (f) alteration works to car park area and (g) all ancillary works required to complete to the required Building Regulation Standards
