PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of the change of use from retail to use as an off-licence at ground floor and ancillary storage at basement level. Internal fit-out works will consist of the levelling of the existing ground floor, provision of internal universal access ramp and universal access toilet and all ancillary works. All the works to be carried out in accordance with best conservation practice and the Architectural Heritage Protection Guidelines for Planning Authorities (2011) and Advice Series issued by the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government.
