for (a) the completion of 6 no. houses, identified as houses Nos. 1-6, along the south-western boundary of the site layout, internal road and paths, central public open space area, underground services, vehicular access to the Callan Road and new stone-clad boundary wall to the Callan Road, commenced under the grant of permission issued by Kilkenny County Council for the development of 30 no. residential units (Planning Register Reference No: 16/593); and (b) for the development of a total of 27 no. residential units on the remaining area of the lands, which were the subject of the above-mentioned grant of permission. The development will comprise of 18 no. semi-detached four bedroom two storey houses and 8 no. detached four bedroom two-storey houses, with optional habitable accommodation in the attic space, and one detached four bedroom bungalow; the opening of a new pedestrian / cycle access on the site's north-western boundary on the Callan Road, the provision of a children's play area within the central public open space area; the provision of 7 no. visitor car parking spaces; the development of a new foul pumping station and a related parking area; the reservation of a site for an ESB facility and all the associated site works
