the removal of condition no 5C of the previous planning permission (Reg/ Ref No. 22/628) made by Wicklow County Council that within seven years of the date of this decision unless otherwise authorized by a separate grant of permission the use of this building as an ‘independent living unit shall cease. Thereafter, this building shall be used as a garage, store, play room, gym, games room, hobby room or comparable use ancillary to the main dwelling and shall not contain any room that is laid out as or in use as a bedroom;
