permission for development at a c. 14.14 ha site, located at Creemore and Belshamstown, in Batterstown, Co. Meath, as permitted under MCC Reg. Ref. 22837 (which permitted a new battery energy facility and synchronous condenser.). The proposed development will consist of amendments to the previously permitted development (MCC Reg. Ref. 22837) including amendments to the previously approved internal access road layout; amendments to the previously approved attenuation pond to the south of the site and associated piped infrastructure, ducting and drainage arrangements. In addition, a previously permitted earthen berm to the centre of the site is to be omitted. No changes are proposed to the permitted vehicular access to the R154. Any associated amendments to changes in level and all associated site development, hard and soft landcaping and excavation works above and below ground are also included.
