Permission for the change of use from doctor's surgery to provide "day service" opportunities for learning and development, community inclusion and social care provision to adult service users presenting with intellectual disability/autistic spectrum disorder, together with all ancillary development to provide 5 no. multi-purpose/sensor rooms, 2 no. disabled toilets, staff room and office as well as stores.
