Permission for development which consists of alterations to previously granted planning permission Ref.No. 19/112. The alterations will consists of the reconfiguration of the first-floor external landings to the stepped entrances to the duplex apartments of Apartment Blocks C and D. These proposed alterations will involve the elimination of roof and side walls over the landings and replacement with guarding/balustrades as necessary. There are 3 number such landings for Block C and 4 number for Block D.
