Permission for a land recovery operation involving the commercial importation of soil and stons which comes within the meaning of inert waste for the reclamation of agricultural lands through the infilling of the subject lands and recontouring of same. A 5 year permission is requested during which inert soil and stone will be imported for the purpose of land reclamation. All associated works and services and use of existing entrance onto public road and services and use of existing entrance onto public road. The application relates to an activity requiring a Waste Facility Permit from Louth County Council which will be applied for seperately. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with the application
