the development will consist of (a) a new single-storey extension consisting of a two classroom special needs unit to the west side of the existing school (b) a new standalone two storey gym building to the west of the existing school (c) removal of part of existing boundary hedge and existing trees for a new proposed site entrance from Templemichael Terrace for a new roadway and footpath to the existing school, and (d) relocation of the existing soccer pitch, additional car parking and all ancillary site works
