for the modification of the existing house which was previously granted under planning references 07/1177 and 03/532 and retention permission which will include the following: (a) Permission for changes to the existing internal layout of the house to include an extra bedroom (b) Permission for changes to existing elevations (c) Permission for a detached garage (d) Permission for modifications to road entrance design as previously granted under permission 07/1177 and 03/532 and associated frontage works (e) installation of a proprietary waste water treatment system and percolation area together with connection to existing services and including all ancillary site works.
