the decarbonization of Presentation Primary School by demolishing two existing sheds, measuring 36 sqm in area, and erecting a singe -storey, free-standing energy centre , comprising biomass fuel store and enclosed plant room with flue, together measuring 38 sqm in area, and two open-air liquid petroleum gas tanks in fenced enclosure: altering site roads and car parking, and adding one car parking space, to relieve traffic congestion at drop-off and pick up times: installing cowls on elevations of existing school to enable operation of new internal heat recovery units; and fitting photovoltaic array on southern slope of roof to existing school
