carry out the decarbonization of Presentation Primary School by demolishing two existing sheds, measuring 36sqm in area , and erecting a single-storey, free-standing energy centre , comprising biomass fuel store and enclosed plant room with flue, together measuring 38 sqm in area and two open-air liquid petroleum gas tanks in fenced enclosure; altering site roads and car parking , and adding one car parking space, to relieve traffic congestion at drop-off and pick-up times; installing cowls on elevations of existing school to enable operation of new internal heat recovery units, and fitting photovoltaic array on southern slope of roof to existing school.
