for development consisting of the modification of the existing house which was previously granted under planning references 07/1177 and 03/532 and Retention Permission which will include the following: (a) PERMISSION for changes to the existing internal layout of the house to include an extra bedroom, (b) PERMISSION for changes to existing elevations, (c) PERMISSION for a detached garage, (d) PERMISSION for modifications to road entrance design as previously granted under permission references 07/1177 and 03/532 and associated frontage works, (e) Installation of a proprietary waste water treatment system and percolation area together with connection to existing services and including all ancillary site works. Also RETENTION to retain alterations to permission references 07/1177 and 03/532 including changes to the elevations of the house and minimally reduced overall floor area
