Alterations to previously permitted but not constructed Strategic Housing Development Ref. No. 2019/2 (An Bord Pleanala Ref. No.304423-19) at Knockboy, Waterford. The alterations consist of the omission of 100 No. apartments and 9 No. houses from the ABP permitted layout and the construction of 36 No. semi-detached 3 bed houses, 4 No. semi-detached 4-bed houses and 1 No. 4-bed detached house. (41 No. new houses in total). Permission is also sought to change 2 No. permitted houses (No’s 221 & 231) from single aspect to dual aspect and also to relocate an area of public open space, along with all boundary treatments, services connections and associated site works.
