Development consist of alterations to existing dwelling previously granted under planning ref.no. 19/1039 and 21/363.the revisions include 1. Minor alterations to original elevations including addition of velux roof windows and repositioning of previously granted windows ,doors and rooflights. 2. Increased overall roof height. 3. conversion of first floor storage area to habitable accommodation 4. Construction of single storey domestic garage to rear of site. 5. All associated site works.
