the proposed development will consist of; Form a new public car park (40 No. spaces) along with a public footpath, associated public lighting & landscaping. Permission is also sought to form new entrance from the public road and an entrance only from adjoining filling station site to the proposed car park together with all associated site works. The proposed facility is to provide parking and access to the new Boyne Valley Greenway under construction to the rear of the site
