Permission is also sought for the construction of 1 no. creche facility. The proposed development also includes permission for connections to existing foul main, watermain and surface water discharge, drainage, landscaped open space, planting, car parking, bus stop and shelter and all ancillary and associated site development works. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with this application. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.
