Pursuant to condition 20 of PA Ref 00/384and in contravention of condition 7 of PA Ref 00/384 the change of use of the property from an industrial unit for car repair to warehouse with trade counters (for the sale of building related products principally to trade). Proposed external changes comprise (1) west elevation: install low level mechanical plant and close off the current entrance door and the installation of an externally illuminated operator sign (2) east elevation: install new steel door (3) south elevation: create a new entrance with ramp and rails for the proposed internal trade counters, replace roller shutter, erect locking poster case signs next to new entrance. Form a new opening to create a "goods in" entrance including a new ram. (4) north elevation: install replacement steel door. Other external works to the yard area include: removal of gates to the rear yard, new lining for parking and creation of a mobility parking space. All other works required to complete the development.
