The development will consist of the construction of a single store Deposit Return Scheme(DRS) Kiosk (Gross Floor Area: 17 sq. m), including 2 no. signage panel areas for branding on the side elevation of the DRS Kiosk (1.0m x 2.0m), and all associated site development works. The development will result in the removal of 3 no. existing car parking spaces in the car park that serves the existing Aldi store
