The development will consist the change of use of a residential dwelling on the ground and first floor (over a basement that remains unchanged) to bed and breakfast accommodation. The proposed layout will consist of a kitchen with dining facilities, additional breakfast room and thirteen bedrooms over the ground and first floor, with associated minor internal alterations. Works will also include provision of refuse storage, bicycle parking and additional linen stores internally.
