recovery activities, over a total area of 4.84-hectares, comprising: - The infilling, as a soil recovery facility, of a 4.66-hectare area with uncontaminated soil and stone, for agricultural improvement purposes; - Crushing and recovery of selected construction and demolition wastes on a 0.18-hectare area; and - All associated site works and services required to facilitate the development
