The development shall consist of planning permission for the demolition of an existing flat roof structure and the erection of a new flat roof structure to the front of an existing dwelling (in need of repair), permission for upgrade and refurbishment of the existing dwelling structure/fabric, permission for installation of a proprietary treatment unit including a percolation/tertiary area and to include all other ancillary site services and development works associated with this permission.
