Permission for development which consists of (i) Change of use from industrial to educational (Training Centre) use at unit 1/2 Mervue Business & Technology Park comprising of 3,403 sq m. (ii) Alterations to existing elevations including additional doors and windows to north-western façade and a new gate to south-western rear enclosed yard. (iii)Provision of 37 additional car-parking spaces (currently 14 car-parking spaced) total 51 spaces (including 8 EV spaces & 1 Car-Share/Club service Space), with associated footpaths and ramps, along with a covered bicycle shelter and external signage. (iv) Demolition of a 20 sq m former switch room and removal of decommissioned oil tank and bunded enclosure. (v) Together with connection to all services and all associated site works
