Permission for the following alterations to an existing three-storey building; namely, the change of use of the Ground Floor from retail premises and office premises to Funeral Parlour, the demolition of the internal first-floor residential accommodation to provide a higher ceiling in the proposed funeral parlour, change of use of the second floor from residential accommodation to storage and staff facilities, internal structural alterations to provide a new stairs to the second floor, new shopfront for the proposed business and any ancillary site works.
