Permission for development which consists of the construction of a single storey Industrial/Warehousing facility linking the applicants existing Building 01 & Building 03 and adjoining ancillary areas over two stories (Total GFA: 3971sqm). Works include the reactivation of a former junction to Joyces Rd. to the east of the site to allow for fire tender access/egress and fire personal access locations to the west of the site via the Tuam Rd. Works also include the reconfiguration of existing building services, minor alterations to existing elevations and roofs, with connection to storm water and waterwaste systems, roof level and external plant areas, building signage and site wayfinding, pedestrian circulation routes, bicycle parking, landscaping and all associated site development works
