Revisions to a previously approved application (Ref. P22/579 granted 2nd October 2022) for extension and alteration of the existing single-storey dwelling including: demolition of the existing rear extension; construction of a new single-storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling comprising living, bedroom and bathroom accommodation; internal alterations and renovations to the existing dwelling. The proposed revisions comprise demolition and reconstruction of the existing cottage structure and shed as well as a new extension to the rear as previously approved (total floor area - 226m2); minor revisions to the position of the proposed dwelling within the site whilst retaining footprint and appearance of original cottage; minor alterations to the approved internal layout of the proposed dwelling; replacement (as approved) of the existing septic tank with a new proprietary effluent treatment system discharging to an on-site polishing filter; associated site works and landscaping not impacting on the house, its setting or entry from the public road
