Permission for development which consists of retention of alterations to a previously approved bike rental and repair shop (Pl Reg. Ref. 19/11 and ABP Ref: 304163-19) to include 1) new basement containing ancillary storage and plant room, 2) revised ground floor plan including part change of use to bike store to bike store and kitchen /storage ancillary to adjacent restaurant, 3) associated elevational changes and all associated site works.
