Permission for development which consists of; (A) Retention of the existing single story side annex, formerly a domestic garage, and conversion into an extension of the existing house habitable space. (B) Permission for an optional pitched roof over the single story side annex mentioned above, (C) various external elevation changes to the existing house and garage and (D) all associated building works and site works.
