The development will consist of demolishing the existing temporary prefabricated classrooms and replace with accommodation that forms a three-sided courtyard and playground; single storey extension to the west and 2 storey to the east. The proposed accommodation comprises 4 new general classrooms, Music Room, Woodwork room, SEN facilities, WC's; in 2no. separate buildings; new vehicular access from Knocknaree Road which introduces a one-way system for staff car parking and SEN drop off and covered cycle parking, and all other associated repair and refurbishment, and landscape works.
